This self-adhesive, impregnated polyurethane foam sealing strip is designed for use with metal roofing sheets to provide waterproofing and dustproofing for the side and end laps of the sheets. Dust off the area of application and select an oversized section of Acryband according to your specific needs (refer to the compression chart). Compress Acryband and insert it into the gap. Acryband will expand within minutes, evening out all irregularities and creating a completely effective seal. If self-adhesive backing is required, ensure the surface is dust-free, remove the backing paper, and press the adhesive side of Acryband onto the surface as needed.
